IMB Development Corporation (IMB) is a private investment firm focused on building large Minority Business Enterprise (“MBE”) companies via acquisitions and partnerships with non-minority-owned and minority-owned businesses in the electric and gas utilities and government sectors. Our current company platforms include utility services, IT services, food distribution, and insurance. IMB seeks companies with $10 to $250 million in revenue and/or companies with $5 - $25 million in EBITDA. We invest long-term junior and equity capital on a deal-by-deal basis with our own capital and on behalf of institutional investors, family offices and high net worth individuals.
