Andy Dratt

Andy Dratt has over 30 years of experience in the flavor and ingredient industry. Andy is currently the EVP & Chief Commercial Officer and Partner at Imbibe, where they have been working since 2010. In this role, they have led Imbibe to become a leading beverage development resource for CPG, QSR, and private label brand owners.

Andy is also an Operating Partner and Board Member at Shore Capital Partners, where they are involved with Old World Spice and BevSource. Prior to these roles, Andy was the VP of Corporate Development at Penford Corporation, where they led the divestiture of the company's division in Australia through multiple transactions.

Earlier in their career, they held positions at Sensient Flavors, FONA International, DiamondCluster, and Griffith Laboratories, where they had various managerial and directorial roles.

Andy Dratt attended the Latin School of Chicago from 1982 to 1990 and obtained a high school degree. Andy then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business French from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1990 to 1994. Following that, they attended ESCP Business School from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
