Chuck Hatt has a diverse work experience in various research positions. Chuck started working at Imbio in 2015 and held multiple roles, including Research Director and Senior Scientist, and CT Development Scientist. At Imbio, they worked on lung density analysis for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and developed algorithms for lung and airway segmentation. Chuck also worked on big data processing for large COPD studies. In 2018, Chuck became an Adjunct Research Professor at the University of Michigan Medical School. Prior to that, they interned at Philips Research North America in 2012 and worked as a Research Engineer at Michigan Tech Research Institute from 2003 to 2009.
