Camille Brightsmith

Camille Brightsmith is an operations partner, writer, and creative advocate with a strong focus on equity. Camille currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at IMC, managing priorities and facilitating collaboration across departments. Previously, Camille worked as the Director of Music Affairs at Telemundo, where they structured a new catalog of intellectual property and developed revenue opportunities. With extensive experience as a Fractional Executive Assistant at Rock Bird Barn, Camille provided high-level support for various leaders while promoting meaningful change in their organizations. Camille also held the volunteer position of Board President at the National Organization for Women, leading initiatives to engage diverse communities.
