Ji Eun Ham

Ji Eun Ham has a diverse work experience in the field of compliance. Ji Eun began their career as an Associate at a company called "김스뜰". After that, they worked at HSBC, where they held the role of Associate in Compliance and was responsible for implementing HSBC Group policy and participating in the upgrade of the Investment Management System.

Following this, Ji Eun joined Prudential Investments as an Assistant Manager in Compliance. There, they performed investment compliance monitoring and automated the Investment Compliance Monitoring modules for various Unit Trust vehicles. Ji Eun also built internal controls related to the investment/portfolio management process.

In 2009, Ji Eun joined Eastspring Investments as a Senior Manager in Compliance. In this role, they conducted Compliance Quality Assurance Reviews across multiple entities and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Ji Eun also built internal controls, managed investment vehicles, and liaised with regulatory authorities. Later, they became an Assistant Director in Compliance at the same company, where they oversaw the Head Office Compliance Quality Assurance Review Plan and managed special projects.

Most recently, Ji Eun worked at IMC Trading as the Head of Compliance for IMC Korea. In this position, they set up and managed the overall compliance framework and program for the newly licensed entity. Ji Eun implemented policies and procedures in line with IMC Group/APAC standards and oversaw the adequacy of internal controls.

Throughout their career, Ji Eun has demonstrated a strong expertise in compliance, risk assessment, regulatory reporting, and internal control management.

Ji Eun Ham attended Duksung Women's University from 1996 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Education with a focus on Physical Education.
