Jonathan Whitcomb

Jonathan Whitcomb currently serves as Legal Counsel at IMC Trading, focusing on corporate and tax matters since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as a capital markets associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, advising on equity and debt transactions along with public company reporting obligations and corporate governance from June to September 2023. Jonathan's experience also includes serving as a U.S. Associate at Linklaters from September 2019 to June 2023, representing issuers and underwriters in international equity and debt transactions, and a summer associate position at Linklaters in 2018. Additionally, Jonathan held the title of UChicago Law School International Human Rights Fellow at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2017, conducting research on microfinance's economic impact and capital access for small enterprises. Jonathan managed the Undergraduate Study Abroad Programmes at the University of Notre Dame Dublin Global Gateway from 2014 to 2016. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and master's and bachelor's degrees from the University of Notre Dame in English and Anthropology.
