Brian Kobza

Brian Kobza has a strong background in the transportation and logistics industry. Brian currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Commercial and Strategic Services at IMC Companies since May 2023. Before that, they worked at GCT Global Container Terminals Inc. as the Director of Sales and Marketing from March 2019 to May 2023. Prior to GCT, they served as the Director of Ocean Carrier Sales at The Port of Virginia from 2017 to 2019. Brian has also worked as a Senior Manager of International at CSX Transportation Intermodal from 2014 to 2017 and in various roles at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, Hyundai Merchant Marine, Maersk Line, and APM Terminals.

Brian Kobza completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Brian later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business at Amberton University, from 2015 to 2019.
