Carl Schultz has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Carl'smost recent role is as the VP of IT at IMC Companies, where they started in July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PowerIntermodal Consulting Services as a Technologist, providing consulting services to the intermodal trucking transportation industry. Carl has a strong background in strategic planning, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making. Before that, they served as the Director of IT (CIO) at Empire Truck Lines for over 20 years, where they successfully improved operations and financial health through strong leadership. Carl also worked as the Chief Technical Officer at PowerIntermodal and as the Owner of CS Squared, Inc., where they provided network design and application development services. Overall, Carl has shown a proven history of impactful leadership in the IT industry.

Carl Schultz attended The University of Memphis from 1980 to 1982, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Carl later attended Northwest Mississippi Junior College from 1982 to 1984 and received an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Electronics.
