Tom Rutten is currently the Corporate Controller for the Americas at IMCD Group, a position they have held since 2023. They previously served as a Corporate Financial Controller at Refresco from 2021 to 2023 and worked at Deloitte Nederland in various managerial roles from 2016 to 2017. Tom began their academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and went on to earn two Master’s degrees in Accounting and Marketing from Tilburg University, where they also completed a post-master in Accounting. Additionally, they gained valuable experience through an internship at E.ON Benelux, conducting research that contributed actionable insights for the company.
