Greg Solomon

Greg Solomon is a seasoned lighting designer and software developer with extensive experience in both fields. Currently, Greg serves as a Software Developer at Extremely Heavy since March 2022, while also maintaining their role as a Lighting Designer since 2005. Greg's notable work includes serving as an Associate Lighting Designer on several prominent Broadway productions beginning in 2017, such as "Plaza Suite" and "Rodgers & Hammerstein’s OKLAHOMA!" Additionally, Greg has been engaged with IMCD Lighting since December 2016 and taught Lighting Design courses as an Adjunct Professor at Adelphi University from 2021 to 2022. Prior experience includes freelance lighting design for corporate events and a position as Assistant Lighting Director in televised productions. Greg holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Lighting Design from the State University of New York College at Purchase and a Certificate in Computer Software Engineering from Fullstack Academy.
