IMD Breathwork is a global breathwork experience designed to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation and personal transformation through immersive breath-led experiences.

We offer in-person sessions, online classes and on-demand tools through the IMD Breathwork App, helping people reconnect with their bodies, process emotions and navigate modern life with greater clarity and resilience.

At the core of IMD are our in-person experiences — IMD Signature and IMD Lite. These guided sessions combine conscious connected breathing, immersive sound design and live facilitation to help release stress, emotional tension and unprocessed emotions stored within the body. Because of the depth of the work, these sessions are intentionally conducted in person with trained instructors in a safe, trauma-informed environment.

We also offer IMD Relax & Restore, a slower-paced breathwork experience focused on calming the nervous system and supporting rest, regulation and recovery. These sessions are available both in person and online.

The IMD Breathwork App extends this work into daily life with guided breathing tools designed for stress, sleep, focus and energy.

At IMD, we believe emotions are meant to move through the body. When they remain unprocessed, they can begin to affect behaviour, relationships, reactions and overall wellbeing. While many approaches to emotional wellbeing focus primarily on the mind, IMD works directly with the body through breath.

Our work supports people from all walks of life — including founders, executives, creatives, healthcare professionals, parents and individuals navigating stress, burnout, anxiety or personal growth.

Every IMD experience is intentionally designed, from the breath patterns and soundscapes to facilitation and emotional pacing, creating experiences that feel safe, immersive and transformative.
