At IMD we specialise in helping individuals and businesses navigate complex legal issues with expertise, clarity, and empathy. Our clients often lead globally connected lives, operate across diverse industries, or face high-stakes situations that require more than just legal know-how, they require strategic, personal support. Whether the complexity arises from cross-jurisdictional factors, cultural context, or commercial scale, we are here to deliver tailored solutions.

We offer personal and strategic legal support to individuals whose lives don’t fit neatly into borders, and to businesses, both international and UK-based, seeking to succeed in an increasingly interconnected legal and commercial environment.

Whether you are facing a high-stakes family matter, a sensitive private client issue, a commercial dispute, a cross-border transaction, an immigration concern, or a regulatory challenge, our team combines legal excellence with cultural understanding and an unwavering commitment to results.

Founded in 2015 by Marcin Durlak and Iwona Durlak, IMD was built on a purpose rooted in their personal journey: to connect diverse communities and help minorities thrive. Today, our diverse and multilingual team continues that mission by delivering high-quality legal services to people and businesses from all walks of life.
