Nikki Santoro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nikki began their career as an Instructional Designer at Digital Equipment Corporation and later moved to Microsoft, where they held several positions, including Group Program Manager of MSN Messenger and Group Manager of Shared Windows Live Framework.

In 2006, Nikki founded Kinnection, Inc., a family-oriented social networking website, and successfully raised funding for the venture. Nikki then joined Halcyon Worlds as CEO, where they refocused the company and launched the Meetsee virtual office platform.

Following their time at Halcyon Worlds, Nikki became Vice President of Innovation at PGi, where they established the PGi Innovation Lab and oversaw the development of new products and technologies. Nikki later joined The Weather Channel as Vice President of Mobile and Vice President of Product and Design.

In 2016, Nikki joined IMDb.com as the Head of Consumer & Advertising Product, responsible for managing teams across product management, UX, marketing, and business development. Nikki subsequently became the General Manager of IMDb's Consumer division and is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all aspects of the company's businesses.

Throughout their career, Nikki has demonstrated a strong focus on innovation, product development, and delivering engaging user experiences. Nikki has also received recognition for their work, including being awarded patents for their design work.

Nikki Santoro obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, completing their studies in the year 2012. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Instructional Systems Design from Florida State University in 1996. Nikki also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology, which they received from the same university in 1994.
