Caroline started their career as a tax professional employee and later earned a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from FOM Stuttgart. They have extensive experience in managing accounting departments, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple countries and organizations. Additionally, Caroline has demonstrated expertise in optimizing processes and collaborating with financial teams and auditors throughout their career.
