Yiota Arima

Yiota Arima is the Head of Organisational Capability and Talent at IMDEX, where they focus on building capability frameworks and enhancing employee engagement. Previously, Yiota served in various learning and development roles, including as Learning and Development Manager at Calibre Global and Organisational Development Manager at Activ Foundation. Yiota holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Leadership from Curtin Graduate School of Business, a Psychological Registration in Organisational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Murdoch University.
