Anat Eden has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple companies and roles. Anat started their career at New Dimention Software as a Software Engineer, where they worked on developing a GUI tool. Anat then transitioned into a Technical Support Analyst role, providing direct technical customer support for business-critical applications.

After that, Anat joined BMC as a Technical Support Team Lead, leading a multi-product support team and handling critical technical and managerial escalations. Anat then advanced to the role of Technical Support Manager, where they managed several support teams and developed new standards and procedures to increase customer satisfaction.

Anat then moved on to Digital Fuel as a Manager of Customer Support, where they built and established the company's Technical Support organization from scratch. Anat created support procedures, selected and configured CRM systems, and provided high-level support to customers.

Following their time at Digital Fuel, Anat joined NICE Systems. Anat held various roles within the company, including Tier 4 Engineer, Tier 4 Applications Team Leader, Global Technical Lead for the Advanced Support Group, and Regional Manager for the EMEA region. In these roles, they managed teams, established working relationships with different departments, initiated and managed multiple projects, and ensured customer satisfaction and product stability.

Currently, Anat is working at iMDsoft as the VP of Customer Support and Professional Services. Anat has held previous roles in the company as the VP of Global Customer Support and the Director of Global Customer Support. In these positions, they have overseen customer support operations, managed teams, and provided professional services to clients.

Anat Eden earned a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, completing the program between 1993 and 1997.
