Shira Dodi is an accomplished leader in customer support and technical operations with extensive experience across several prominent technology companies. Currently serving as Director of Customer Support at iMDsoft, Shira previously held the position of Global Senior Director of Technical Support at Mend.io, where significant improvements in support operations were achieved. At Checkmarx, as VP of Global Support, achievements included managing a large team and enhancing support throughput while ensuring high customer and engineer satisfaction.
