At IME Solutions, we understand decision-makers' challenges when trying to sift through the information communicated during daily production and maintenance meetings. Keeping the team engaged and motivated can be challenging, especially when discussions become heated and opinions are divided. Despite having access to detailed process measurements, quality and equipment data, it's often not used to its full potential.
That's why we developed an AI-based analytical toolset using this abundance of data to provide unbiased insight into issues causing losses. Data generated within a processing plant can be used to understand the outcome of reactions and processes because of the laws of physics and chemistry - the data is not random. With intelligent analysis, one can extract the relationships between variables.
We know that it can be difficult to generate reliable cause-and-effect relationships when plant performance is reported per shift or day, and there are complex variable inter-relationships. That's why our toolset leverages the laws of physics and chemistry to understand conditions leading to losses.
By using our services, you can increase profitability without spending capital.
Our methodology ensures the active participation of the plant team and integrates their experiential knowledge into project execution. By default, the method aligns the production and maintenance team toward a shared understanding of issues affecting performance. With IME, you can make informed decisions based on data rather than opinions and drive your plant to greater success.
