What We Do:
As you are well aware, purported "Independent" Medical Examinations ("IME"), better named Defendant Medical Examinations (“DME”) are standard procedure in personal injury lawsuits. The obviously not so independent reports generated by the doctors hired by the defendants significantly affect Plaintiffs’ ability to recover just compensation for their injuries. Plaintiffs' attorneys would ideally like to accompany their clients to every IME, however, most simply lack the time and/or resources to do so. This is where IME WatchDog, Inc.can help you. Our experienced and professional staff members have the training and know-how necessary to assist you in accompanying your clients to the IME’s and accurately documenting the true results of the examination.

What Can We Do For Your Firm?
At IME WatchDog, Inc., we ensure that the truth is documented so that you can hold DME doctors to it. As your representative, we work with you to understand your needs and specific areas of interest and report, in detail, exactly what you want to know. This invaluable information can help you prepare more effectively for trial and to effectively oppose defendants' summary judgment motions based on plantiff's alleged failure to sustain a serious injury, also known as threshold, under NYS Insurance Law section 5102.
