Alper Basak

Alper Basak is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently employed at imec since January 2022, Alper has previously contributed to ARHS Technology, where responsibilities included designing an event stream pipeline and implementing scalable solutions with Docker and Kafka. At Noesis Solutions, Alper served as development team lead, managing a comprehensive product development cycle and enhancing performance through MongoDB integration and Akka for concurrent systems. Earlier roles at Vodafone involved leading technical projects for a JEE-based asset tracking SaaS, and experience at ZTE included end-to-end planning for NGN networks and VAS products. Alper holds a Bachelor's degree from Bilkent University and a Master's degree from Ankara University, both in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
