Andy Miller is currently the Department Director for 3D and Silicon Photonics Technology Development at imec, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they were a Group Leader and Team Leader at the same organization, focusing on lithography solutions and 3D system integration. Andy's career began as a Senior Process Engineer at NEC Semiconductors and continued in a similar role at Filtronic Compound Semiconductors. They earned a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Glasgow in 1995.
