Cole Smith

Cole Smith is currently an R&D Project Lead at Micron Technology, where they oversee the quality of silicon oxide and silicon nitride thin films. They possess extensive experience in various deposition techniques, including CVD, ALD, PEALD, and PECVD, as well as thin films characterization methods such as XPS and XRD. Previously, Cole held positions at imec as a Senior Process Engineer and Researcher, focusing on thin film deposition for energy applications. They earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Drexel University and a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science from Boise State University.
