Dimitri Linten is the Department Director at imec, focusing on Advanced Reliability Robustness and Test (AR²T) since 2020. Prior to this role, they served as R&D Manager for the Device Reliability and Electrical Characterization group at imec from 2015 to 2020 and held various positions at imec, including ESD Team Leader and post-doctoral research fellow. Dimitri completed their PhD in MicroElectronics at Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2006, following a Master of Engineering degree from the same institution in 2001.
