Epimitheas Georgitzikis is an R&D Project Leader in Photonics with over eight years of experience in the research and development of large-area semiconductor devices. Their expertise includes device physics, materials, and process integration, with significant contributions to technology transfer for flat-panel display partners. They have led numerous industrial and public-funded projects, developing innovative devices such as thin-film image sensors and flexible ultrasound transducers. Epimitheas holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KU Leuven and previously obtained a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
