Frédéric Lazzarino is an R&D Manager and Principal Member of Technical Staff at imec, where they lead efforts in Etch BEOL, FEOL, MOL, 3D, and Memory semiconductor processing since 2015. Previously, Frédéric held various technical positions, including MRAM Etch Engineer at Crocus Technology and Senior Etch Engineer at IMEC. They completed a PhD in Nano- and Microelectronics along with Master’s degrees in nanosciences, nanotechnologies, and materials sciences from Grenoble INP - UGA.
