Inhee Lee is an experienced Process Engineer with a strong background in the logic and memory semiconductor industry, including packaging. They served as Senior Director at SK hynix from 2014 to 2024, focusing on DRAM/HBM process development. Currently, they are the Program Director for active memory devices at imec, where they set strategic direction and drive innovation while managing memory-related projects. Inhee also has prior experience as a Research Engineer at Samsung Electro-Mechanics and as a Senior Process TD Engineer at Intel, among other roles.
