Isabel Engel

Isabel Engel is a skilled Talent Business Partner at imec, where they lead global talent and organizational development initiatives. Previously, they served in various roles including Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on strategic change and transformation. Isabel has also worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Ebbinge and as a Researcher during their Master's internship at Philips. In addition to their professional experience, Isabel is a guest lecturer and alumni coach at Maastricht University, where they contribute to the development of future talent.
