Ivan Lisovyi is an experienced device engineer currently working at imec since June 2025, specializing in IGZO-based devices. Previously, Ivan served as a circuit analyst at TechInsights, focusing on reverse engineering integrated circuits, including logic, memory, image sensors, and analog blocks from June 2023 to May 2025. Ivan gained further experience as an analog design engineer at Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute, where contributions included Sigma-Delta ADC and comparator designs. Before that, Ivan interned at CEZAMAT WUT, developing oxide ReRAM technology and working on deposition techniques and photolithography. Additionally, Ivan worked as an analog design engineer at OmniChip Sp. z o.o., creating brown-out detectors, current mirrors, and operational amplifiers. Ivan holds a Master's degree in Integrated Electronics and Photonics Systems from Warsaw University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree from Mines Paris - PSL, along with another Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Photonics from Warsaw University of Technology.
