Jan Van Houdt

Jan Van Houdt is an imec Fellow, Program Director, and Professor at KU Leuven, where they have taught courses in electrical engineering and nanotechnology since 2021. With extensive experience at imec, they were previously a Chief Scientist and led the Flash and memory programs, significantly impacting R&D in memory technologies. Jan received their M.Sc. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Applied Sciences from KU Leuven, earning distinction and summa cum laude, respectively.
