Janusz Bogdanowicz is currently a Principal Member of Technical Staff at imec, where they develop metrology strategies for full 3D gate-all-around devices. Previously, Janusz served as a researcher and project leader at imec from 2014 to 2018, overseeing PhD students and selecting R&D projects focused on nanoscale semiconductor interactions. Janusz completed their PhD in Physics at the University of Leuven and has a Master's Degree in Physical Engineering, summa cum laude, from the Université de Liège.
