Joris Cousserier

Joris Cousserier is currently an R&D PMO Manager at imec, where they focus on PPM transformation for R&D units. They previously held positions as Operations Manager, Business Process Analyst, and R&D Operations member within the same organization, leading various improvement initiatives across project lifecycles. Prior to imec, Joris worked as a Sales Operations Analyst at CommScope and TE Connectivity, where they enhanced sales forecasting processes and coordinated S&OP activities in the EMEA region. Joris holds two master's degrees, one in Industrial Engineering and another in Applied Economics, along with a postgraduate qualification in Operations Management from the University of Leuven.
