Ludovic Goux

Ludovic Goux is the Compute and Memory Device Department Director at imec, where they lead over 50 researchers and engineers in developing advanced CMOS and emerging memory technologies. With more than 20 years of experience in silicon technology, Ludovic has contributed to over 200 peer-reviewed publications and holds more than 25 patents. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at imec and STMicroelectronics, focusing on process development, project management, and device design. Ludovic earned a Master of Engineering in Material Science & Microelectronics from INSA de Rennes and a PhD in Engineering Science from the University of Tours.
