Manoj Nag has a diverse range of work experience in the field of process engineering and technology transfer. Manoj started their career as a Marketing Executive at Pankaj Electronics Pte. Ltd. in Delhi from June 1995 to May 1997. Manoj then worked as a Project Scientist at IIT Delhi from January 1999 to December 1999, where they focused on the improvement of CdTe film properties for solar cell applications. In 2000, they joined STMicroelectronics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore as a Process Engineer, where they supported various high-temperature processes and led the successful setup of a new fabrication facility. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Senior Process Engineer at STMicroelectronics Pte Ltd, focusing on device transfer projects and process setup. Manoj then joined International Rectifier as a Senior Process Engineer from August 2005 to September 2007, where they transferred various discrete processes and coordinated the setup of new equipment. Their next role was at Qimonda as a Technology Transfer Module Leader from October 2007 to May 2009, where they successfully transferred DRAM technology to manufacturing sites in Asia and the USA. Currently, Manoj Nag is working as the Lead Engineer (Process Development) at IMEC, starting in June 2009.
Manoj Nag received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KU Leuven from 2011 to 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Technology in Solid State Materials from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 1997 to 1998. Their educational journey began with a M. Sc. in Physics from Guru Nanak Dev University, which they pursued from 1992 to 1995.
