Mar Cóndor

Mar Cóndor is a Bio-Applications Lead and innovation enthusiast with over a decade of experience in developing and implementing bioengineered human models. They currently focus on integrating health technologies to discover novel therapeutics in brain health and oncology while leading multidisciplinary teams at imec. Mar has held various research positions, including postdoctoral roles at KU Leuven and the Research Foundation Flanders, as well as visiting researcher positions at Karolinska University Hospital and the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. They earned a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Universidad de Zaragoza. Mar is passionate about advancing human health and fostering collaboration in the pursuit of transformative results.
