Paresh Limaye

Paresh Limaye is a seasoned expert in semiconductor packaging, specializing in Flip Chip and 2.5D technologies, with extensive experience across various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at imec, Paresh focuses on the development of ultra-high-density neural probes and the transfer of MEMS/TFT integration technology for cardiac applications. Previously, they held multiple impactful positions, including as C.O.O. of Morrow Eyewear, where they built engineering teams to develop electronically switchable lenses for medical and AR/VR applications. Paresh completed a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at KU Leuven and has authored over 40 publications in the field.
