Patrick Ong is a Principal Member of Technical Staff with extensive experience in manufacturing and R&D, particularly in chemical mechanical polishing (CMP). They began their career at AMD as a Manufacturing Engineer and progressed to various roles, including Development Engineer and Assignee at IMEC. Ong later served as a Senior R&D Engineer and Senior Process Development Engineer CMP at imec, and has continued to advance their expertise in CMP processes across different wafer applications.
