Paul Eckly

Paul Eckly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in high-technology, semi-conductor, and sustainable energy sectors. Initially serving as an Engineering Trainee at MANGIN EGLY ENTREPRISES, Paul enhanced market opportunities in sustainable energy. Over the years, Paul held various roles at KLA-Tencor, including Installation Supervisor Benelux and Technical Services Team Lead, where responsibilities included equipment installation and improvement of defectivity processes. As a co-founder of NXstep, Paul led innovation programs, and later worked with CGIAR as a Sustainable Scaling Expert. Paul’s academic background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from ESSTIN and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Linköping University.
