Pierre Morin is the Scientific Director of the MIDA (TF) department, specializing in silicon technology, thin films, and 2D materials. They previously led teams at imec, focusing on dielectrics and advanced channels while also holding positions at IBM and STMicroelectronics, where they contributed to the development of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. Pierre earned a PhD in Physics & Electronics from Pierre and Marie Curie University and an Ingenieur degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie et Physique Bordeaux.
