Raf Dreesen

Raf Dreesen has accumulated extensive experience in the coating technology sector, notably serving as Team Leader of the Coating Department at AGC from December 2015 to April 2021, where leadership focused on CVD and PVD coating technology. Dreesen functioned as a Technical Coordinator for Vacuum Coated Glass, facilitating process improvements, product transfers, new product introductions, and the startup of production lines globally. Prior to AGC, Dreesen gained experience at Icos Vision Systems as Application Support and worked as a Technical Consultant for the Singaporean Reliability test lab at Chiron Holdings. Currently, since April 2021, Dreesen holds the position of Area Manager for Deposition and Annealed at imec.
