Rami Chukka is an experienced engineering professional with a background in research and development, primarily in the fields of wafer thinning processes and materials science. Currently serving as an R&D Engineer at imec since August 2022, Rami has previously held positions as an LFS Expert at AGC Glass Europe and as both Principal Research Engineer and Research Engineer at IIa Technologies Pte. Ltd. Rami continued academic contributions as a Postdoctoral Researcher at KU Leuven from January 2019 to July 2021, following an earlier role as an Assistant Professor at Andhra University from July 2006 to December 2008.
