Samuel Suhard

Senior 3d Integration Engineer

Samuel Suhard is a seasoned professional in 3D integration engineering with extensive experience at imec since December 2008, currently serving as a Senior 3D Integration Engineer. Notable contributions include the development of the collective transfer of dies to a 300mm wafer and the integration of singulation by plasma in this process, as well as advancements in transferring III-V layers for micro-LED applications.
