Seongho Park is currently the Nano-IC Program Director at imec, having previously served as the Nano-IC Program Manager from 2020 to 2024. Before joining imec, Seongho held various roles at Samsung Electronics, including Technical Leader of BEOL Process Development and Senior Development Engineer, concentrating on advanced technology development for semiconductor devices. Seongho began their career as a Senior Engineer at the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, focusing on surface and elemental analysis. Seongho earned a Ph.D. in advanced interconnect technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology after completing a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Korea University.
