Roy De Young is a seasoned creative professional with a diverse background in brand strategy and digital marketing. Currently serving as Artist and Ministry Director at Salt & Light Ministries Puerto Rico since January 2020, Roy transitioned from a successful career in digital marketing, where forced retirement due to Covid-19 was ultimately seen as a blessing. Prior experience includes roles as Brand & Digital Strategist at iMedia since 2018 and Senior Vice President of Creative Strategy at PMX Agency from 2007 to 2018, where Roy significantly contributed to the growth of major client brands such as Nike, American Heart Association, and Amazon. As the original founder and CEO of Temel from 1989 to 2007, Roy established a strong foundation in creative leadership. Earlier career milestones include positions at The New Yorker Magazine, Metropolitan Home Magazine, and Nabisco, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Design from Montclair State University.
