Ross Packard

Ross Packard is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in engineering and leadership across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Platform Engineering at Imedview, Inc. since September 2025, Ross has previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Impacked from October 2021 to December 2022, and worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Zillow Group from April 2017 to September 2021, overseeing the For Sale Home Details Page team and managing engineers across multiple brands. Prior experience includes serving as CTO at BuildingBlok, specializing in SaaS solutions for construction project management, and as Principal Software Engineer for BuildingBlok Solutions at The Blue Book Building & Construction Network, where Ross managed software development teams.
