Matthew Simms

Matthew Simms is a seasoned design engineer and project manager with extensive experience in HVAC systems. Currently serving as a Design Engineer 4 at IMEG Corp since August 2022, Matthew previously held various positions at Henick-Lane, Inc., including Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing large luxury gym projects and high-rise buildings. Key accomplishments include overseeing HVAC aspects, coordinating multiple trades, managing finances, and performing equipment analysis. Earlier roles include a mechanical engineering internship focusing on motor design improvements and customer assistance positions at NYU, showcasing a diverse skill set from construction to engineering and client relations. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
