iMentor is a specialist advisory and implementation partner supporting companies to identify, prevent, and address human rights risks across their operations and supply chains. We work at the intersection of global standards, local realities, and business practice, helping organizations move from policy commitments to meaningful action on the ground.

Our strength lies in making Human Rights Due Diligence practical. We translate complex frameworks such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights into clear, step-by-step processes that suppliers, factory teams, and workers can understand and engage with.

What we do, in simple terms:

Identify risks: We help companies understand where human rights risks exist in their supply chains, especially those that are often hidden or overlooked.

Build capacity: We train management, supervisors, and workers so that policies don’t just exist on paper but are understood and applied in daily operations.

Listen to workers: We use worker-centric tools, interviews, focus groups, and surveys, to ensure worker voices inform decisions and improvements.

Support improvement: We guide suppliers in strengthening systems, practices, and behaviours rather than focusing on compliance alone.

Measure impact: We assess what has changed over time, helping brands and suppliers understand what works, what doesn’t, and what can be scaled or replicated.

With deep experience in complex sourcing regions, iMentor acts as a trusted bridge between brands, suppliers, and workers, supporting responsible supply chains that are fair, resilient, and grounded in real-world impact.
