Laurie Ditch has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in human resources and organizational strategy. Laurie is currently serving as the Senior Director of Organizational Strategy and Operations at iMerit Technology since May 2022. Prior to this, Laurie held positions at Owens Corning, where they worked as the Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Business Finance from March 2017 to May 2022, and as the Senior HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions from March 2017 to June 2019. Before Owens Corning, Laurie worked at PwC as the Advisory National Human Capital Talent Manager from January 2007 to March 2017, and at EY as a Resource Manager from January 2004 to June 2005. Laurie began their professional journey as a Human Resources, Marketing, and Training Intern at Signal Bank in 1996.

Laurie Ditch obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and Human Resource Management from Ohio University from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma from Wooster High School between 1990 and 1994. In addition to their formal education, Laurie holds certifications including BICP Level 1 from the Bike Instructor Certification Program (formerly IMBA - ICP) obtained in 2022, and an Executive Education certification from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management obtained in 2018.
