Radha Basu is the Founder and CEO of iMerit Technology. Prior to this, they were a Cofounder at Anudip Foundation and Board Vice Chairman at ReSurge International. Radha has also served as Chief Executive Officer at support.com and General Manager at Hewlett-Packard.

Radha has over 40 years of experience in the technology industry. Radha began their career at Hewlett Packard in 1978, where they spent 20 years in engineering and general management. In 1985, they founded HP's operations in India and set up the company's first software center in Bangalore. Radha went on to become General Manager of HP's Electronic Business Software Division, which they grew into a $1.2 billion global business.

In 1999, Radha became CEO of support.com, where they led the company through initial and secondary public offerings in 2000 and 2003. Radha built support.com into a worldwide market leader in support automation software before joining Anudip Foundation as a Cofounder in 2007.

Radha has been instrumental in growing iMerit Technology into the leading social enterprise it is today. Under their leadership, iMerit has provided skills training and employment to over 10,000 youth from underserved communities in India and the US.

Radha Basu has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from the College of Engineering, Guindy and a Master's degree from the University of Southern California in Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering. Radha is currently enrolled in an Executive Management Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
