Ed Olson is currently the Director Of Operations at Levy Restaurants since August 2018. Prior to this position, they held various roles at Imerman Angels since April 2015, including Chicago Ambassador. Ed also served as the Multi Unit Manager and Assistant General Manager at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company from August 2016 to August 2018. Their experience includes owning and operating Zella from May 2000 to July 2016. Ed received education from Western Michigan University from 1989 to 1991 and The University of Olivet from 1987 to 1989.
