Tom Anderson

Tom Anderson, M.Ed., is an experienced professional with a diverse background in volunteer mentorship, event management, and advocacy in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Mentor Angel at Imerman Angels since November 2021, Tom has actively participated in the Chicago Marathon as a member of Team Imerman Angels in both 2022 and 2023. Tom has held various leadership roles within parkrun, including Event Director for multiple locations and Co-Event Director at Eagan parkrun. Prior experience includes advocacy work as an ImmunoAdvocate at the Cancer Research Institute and roles at Blue Note Therapeutics where Tom served as App Tester, Group Facilitator, and Patient Advisor. Tom's corporate career spans significant positions at 3M in diverse sales and marketing roles, and a project management role at Anderson Race Management. Tom’s educational journey includes a Doctoral candidacy in Business Administration at Metro State University and multiple degrees from the University of Minnesota and Augsburg University, underscoring a strong commitment to learning and development.
